Inclusions:
- Free Ayurveda Consultation by Ayurveda Doctor (subject to availability, please arrange appointment) Valued at 1.000 THB.
- Free use of Himalayan Rock Salt Infrared Sauna (30 min). Valued at 800 THB.
- One Yoga session on Saturday or Sunday, Beach Yoga if available (7.30 – 8.30 am and 3 – 4 pm, please check schedule). Valued at 400 THB.

Our salt-treated Swimming Pool
Relax and Recharge at our salt-water treated pool. You are entitled to use the pool all day long on Saturday and Sunday while enjoying cocktails and Life Drinks being served to yours truly.
Our Ayurveda & Wellness Spa
Adjacent to the swimming pool and not to miss is our Ayurveda & Wellness Spa. Our certified Ayurveda Doctor is available for free and individual consulting. An extensive program of health packages is available, including Ayurveda treatments and traditional Spa and massage services are of course available as well. In busy times, it is recommended to make reservations well in advance.

Our Fitness Center
The Fitness Gym is in the lower part of the Spa Building, well equipped and with magnificent views of Racha and Coral Islands.
Our Prana Yoga Sala
The open-air Yoga Sala surrounded by beautiful greenery for Yoga and meditation sessions led by our instructors. One-hour group sessions in the morning from 7.30 am and in the afternoon from 4.00 pm. Feel the freshness of the air while you practice your Yoga Asanas and Pranayamas.
