Validity

The day pass is only valid for one day and per person only, It cannot be used for another person. The day pass is valid for all inclusions in the following outlets: Ayurveda Spa, Restaurant, Fitness Center, Pool Bar, Yoga Sessions
Age Limit

The minimum age is 18+ years to be eligible for this Voucher.
Refund

Once checked in to the hotel the the day pass is non-refundable.
Children

The Mangosteen Resort is a child-free resort and does not cater for children. Guests are required to be 18+ years old
No Groups

The resort is not suitable for larger groups, so travelling with another couple of friends or family is fine but we would not want someone reserving more space than for the above-mentioned.
Black Out Dates

The Day Pass is not valid from 01.12. – 31.03. due to high occupancy
Treatment Upgrade

If you wish to upgrade your Spa treatment from the standard one to an Ayurvedic treatment we credit 800 THB towards the selling price of the upgraded treatment.
Multiple Vouchers

Multiple Vouchers cannot be used on consecutive days (One per person only, not transferrable)
