The Front Office and Reservations Department are both a vital part of the Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort<\/strong>. As keys to our Guest Satisfaction drivers, these departments are critical to the continued success of our brand. The Front Office and Reservations Department are in constant contact with guests and have the most diverse operating exposure within the hotel.[\/az_column_text][az_divider][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][az_column_text]For our Front Office & Reservations Team we are currently recruiting for the position of:<\/p>\n

1st Position: <\/span><\/strong>Guest Service Agents (GSA)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

2nd Position: <\/strong><\/span>Reservation Officer<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Role Requirements for both positions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Thai Male\/Female 22-35 years old<\/li>\n
  • Bachelor’s degree<\/li>\n
  • Newly graduates are also welcome<\/li>\n
  • Excellent Communication Skills and ability to handle and ability to handle email correspondence efficiently and courteously<\/li>\n
  • Good command in both written and spoken English<\/li>\n
  • Able to work independently under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Guest Service Agents (GSA)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Ideal Guest Service Agents are passionate about customer service. They look to make our guests comfortable while away from home, whether they are traveling on business or for leisure. Our associates have a keen intuition that allows them to anticipate needs and exceed expectations. These associates have excellent communication skills, can multi-task, are team-oriented, and work diligently to resolve issues when they arise.<\/p>\n

      Role Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Perform check-in and check-out tasks<\/li>\n
      • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)<\/li>\n
      • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms<\/li>\n
      • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities<\/li>\n
      • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate<\/li>\n
      • Ensuring guests\u2019 satisfaction by responding to any concerns they may have during their stay<\/li>\n
      • Communicating with guests throughout their stay to ensure their needs are met<\/li>\n
      • Answering questions about hotel services, facilities, and activities<\/li>\n
      • Providing information about local attractions and activities<\/li>\n
      • To be aware of all front office procedures and assist with reception duties when required<\/li>\n
      • Makes sure that files are kept up to date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        2nd Position:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        Reservation Officer<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        The reservation process is the first contact of future guests to the resort, the so important first impression. Quick and professional responses in English language, competent and complete answers with the information needed to complete a reservation even if the guest has not yet asked for, are essential for the perfect first impression.<\/p>\n

        • Manage online and phone reservations<\/li>\n
        • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments<\/li>\n
        • Processing new reservations, including collecting payment information such as credit card numbers or other forms of payment<\/li>\n
        • Updating existing reservations with any changes requested by guests<\/li>\n
        • Coordinating the flow of incoming and outgoing guest traffic by maintaining accurate records of reservations and room assignments<\/li>\n
        • Providing guests with information about rates and other policies, including cancellation policies<\/li>\n
        • Tracks future room availability based on reservations and helps develop forecasts for room revenue and occupancy.<\/li>\n
        • Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed<\/li>\n
        • Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management in any other areas of the house<\/li>\n
        • Monitors advances deposit requirements<\/li>\n
        • Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the guest<\/li>\n
        • Knows the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation<\/li>\n
        • Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/az_column_text][az_divider][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][az_column_text]\n
