The 3 Bedroom Villa “Civetta” is quite a new Villa, modern style, private pool villa, which has just been completed in 2017. The villa contains 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one separate guest toilet, large living room and dining area with full kitchen and all necessary cooking equipment. There are 5 air-conditioners, however the layout also invites you to just open the wide sliding doors and jump into the pool right from the living room. The villa is managed by the Mangosteen Resort during your stay. Housekeeping, bed linen, fresh towels, removing garbage, everything is taken care of – Resort style!

We clean your pool; the gardener team and the daily night security are making sure you are safe. A personal key to the gate which leads to the Mangosteen Resort is provided, so you can walk over (200m) anytime, enjoy the Happy & Healthy Hours, the restaurant, and the spa with exclusive discounts, available only for Civetta residents. Also, enjoy the resorts Fitness Room and the salt-water treated pool.

The road in front of the house is private and secured with an electric barrier (remote key provided). Private parking space is directly in front of the Villa. Safe and very quiet!
