Phang Nga Bay Sea Canoe
Phang Nga Bay with its beautiful limestone rocks and islands is one of the most stunning “must see” attractions of Phuket. The bay is best to be explored by sea canoe. Watch the wildlife, paddle through narrow bat caves and fantastic lagoons. The bay can be explored at almost any weather condition, it is well protected from waves and sunshine is not absolutely necessary.
Since Mangosteen Resort has opened, we always recommended the best sea canoe trip, the John Gray “Hong by Starlight”. John’s trip is the best to recommend and an experience not to be missed.
What John Gray Sea Canoe guests are saying:
“Thank you very much for the most wonderful trip I’ve been on. I’m still on your boat on the way back to Phuket while writing this. My wife and I are so thrilled with the adventure, we plan on coming again with a group of friends. Your team were friendly and delightful. The food was incredibly delicious and fresh. And the main event itself, the sea cave and Hong exploration is simply magnificent! Again, our thanks to you for this experience. Hope to see you and your team next year.”
The John Gray adventure and other Sea Canoe excursions to James Bond Island can be booked at the Mangosteen Reception.
Phuket Magazine about John Gray:
He signs off his emails with it, even adding another nickname, “Caveman”, which was given to him by fellow runners in the Hash House Harriers. So, John Gray is an unusual man. He’s also fascinating to talk with – a passionate, 24/7 environmental activist with a sense of humor to match his sense of mission.
